The suspects were preparing a craft bomb attack on an educational institution, the FSB’s Public Relations Center informed, according to TASS news agency.

The press release noted that after the attack, those involved, two Russian citizens born in 1992 and 1999, planned to travel to Syria, to join an international terrorist organization.

The FSB informed that the components for the manufacture of an explosive device were seized among the detainee’s belongings.
