CubaCoop reiterated its complaint for the consequences of the blockade in Cuba’s daily life and its rejection to the recurrent stance by mainstream media to ignore the ravages of what it called a real war.

It also repudiated the US intention to surrender a people by hunger and plunge it into hardships to encourage a regime change, a policy tightened by the Donald Trump administration with more than 240 measures.

The association highlighted the global mobilization held last weekend, in which dozens of cities in almost 80 countries hosted caravans, marches, rallies and other activities to condemn the blockade and demand its lifting.
