Egyptian and Qatari mediators are working tirelessly to implement the truce as soon as possible, a source, which preferred anonymity, told Al-Qahera News Television.
Cairo is hosting a new round of contacts this Tuesday to try to agree on the outstanding points, they added.
In recent hours, several press outlets in the region have announced an agreement “in principle” on the ceasefire.
Sources close to the negotiations said the Qatari-brokered draft proposed a phased approach to end the 15-month-old Israel war in the coastal enclave.
The document reportedly includes steps to cease hostilities, facilitate humanitarian aid, and address reconstruction efforts in the conflict-torn region.
