The magazine’s significance was highlighted by Cuban diplomat here Carlos Portela, who lauded the virtues of Cuban tourism and the options that the Island offers to visitors from around the world.
The diplomat also mentioned the interest of Peruvians in visiting Cuba and expressed confidence that the flow of visits to his country by Peruvian tourists will recover and may even exceed the annual figure of 30 thousand visits registered before the confinement due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
For his part, the director of the magazine Destinos, Fernando Piñón, a Cuban based in Peru, communicator and marketing expert, made a presentation on the publication and its contents and pointed out that Cuba’s tourist attractions go beyond its famous beaches.
