During the meeting, Belousov received reports from military commanders on the current situation, the nature of enemy operations, and the combat missions that Russian troops are carrying out on the lines of operations within the scope of their responsibility.

The commander of the Eastern group, Lieutenant General Andrei Ivanaev, informed the minister that units of the group “took control of seven localities in the last month and took control of a total area of ​​more than 300 square kilometers.”

Ivanaev noted that the enemy is suffering significant casualties as a result of the effective use of high-precision weapons and drones by Russian forces.

The minister was presented with modernized versions of anti-drone weapons, communications equipment, and robotic multipurpose systems in the arsenal of the Eastern group.

Belousov thanked the group’s commanders for the good results of their work and awarded state decorations to several servicemen who demonstrated courage, bravery, and heroism.
