The drone attack hit a gas station in the new Market 6, in the south of the capital.
According to the emergency services, there are 29 people with serious burns and eight cases of shrapnel injuries.
The area, under attack, is controlled by the paramilitary Rapid Reaction Force (RSF).
Since mid-April of last year, this African nation has been submerged in an internal war, after contradictions over issues of power between the head of the army, Abdel Fatah al-Burhan, and the leader of the RSF, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, intensified after the country suffered military coups in 2019 and 2021.
