Speaking at the Ghazni provincial security command’s capacity development seminar, Haqqani said the country’s confidence is so high that it is now cited as an example abroad.

As they should not neglect their duties, the responsibility must be exercised appropriately. Many people consider themselves above their responsibilities, but however high they are, it is a trust. When someone is trusted, they must fulfill the right of that trust and be accountable, the minister said.

Meanwhile, officials of the Ghazni Provincial Security Command pledged at the seminar to fulfill their duties in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
