The Defense Ministry stated: “Our Armed Forces have organized a well-fortified defensive line and are fully prepared and in high morals to repel any possible attack.”
The General Command of the Army and the Armed Forces confirmed that the terrorist attack will continue, to be repelled by counterattack soon to retake all areas and liberate them from terrorism, the communiqué added.
SANA news service reported that the Syrian forces expelled the terrorists from Mardes and Qalet Al-Madiq, in northern Hama.
Local television, in turn, confirmed the elimination of about 1,000 terrorists during the last three days of fighting with the army in Aleppo and Idlib.
