The Higher School of State and Government Cadres of Cuba (ESCEGC) and several universities in the Chinese province of Hunan inked the aforementioned agreements during the recently concluded Seminar on Public Administration Management for Latin American Countries.
The Cuban delegation agreed on developing ties with institutions such as the Business School, the City College, the Vocational College of Railway Technology, the Changsha Nonferrous Metal Vocational and Technical College, and the Changsha Environmental Vocational and Technical College in Hunan province.
ESCEGC Vice Dean Ana Gloria Navarro Penton headed the Cuban entourage, which visited relevant facilities and were briefed on local cooperation projects and scientific research achievements.
Both sides underscored the promising prospects of bilateral exchanges, considering the agreements would open new teaching and research opportunities, and provide a platform for international collaboration for teachers and students.
