“For me and the delegation of youngsters here, it is a tremendous honor to attend this event joining all the comrades, to contribute with new ideas to the movement”, the head of the JJCC´s International Relations Commission, Amanda Rozas, told Prensa Latina.
The leader of “La Jota”, as it is popularly known here, expressed her rejection of the criminal blockade imposed by the United States against Cuba, which –she said- violates the norms of international law.
Rozas demanded an end to the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed on the island and the exclusion of the island from the list of alleged sponsors of terrorism.
The communist leader stressed the importance of holding this meeting when the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People is also being celebrated.
The event will run for two days, attended by representatives from the north, center and south of Chile.
