A press release from the diplomatic headquarters reproduced by the Djiboutian Information Agency revealed that they maintain communication with the authorities of the educational centers where their students are.
“We are sure that the small Djiboutian community, consisting of three diplomats and their families, in addition to seven students, are safe,” the text underscored.
It also stated that the parents of the students living in the university residents have been informed of the resistance of those buildings that meet the regulatory standards of a hurricane zone.
