The fresh aid includes essential medicines and cancer treatments, informed the spokesman of the Indian Foreign Ministry, Randhir Jaiswal.
This is the second batch in the last seven days that New Delhi has donated to the Palestinians.
Last week, the Indian government delivered a similar cargo to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees.
On that occasion they donated a wide range of medicines and surgical supplies, dental products, general medical items and high-energy cookies.
In previous days, New Delhi also sent medical supplies to Lebanon and hemodialysis equipment to Papua New Guinea.
Beirut was benefited with 11 tons of medicines, as part of the 33 tons of total load.
The aid included cardiovascular drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics and anesthetics, among others, Jaiswal said.
The donation to Lebanon contributed to assist the victims of the aggression perpetrated by the Israel against its neighbor to the North, which left more than 2,000 dead and over 11,000 wounded.
India maintains a permanent lifeline to Palestinians, while simultaneously opposing war and supporting dialogue to solve differences.
