As part of his working program, Castilla held meetings with biomedicine researchers in the laboratories of the said technological park in this capital.
He also met with executives of the Science and Innovation Department at the State Atomic Energy Corporation (Rosatom), one of the largest and most significant technological conglomerates in Russia.
He also held talks at the headquarters of the National Committee for Promoting Economic Cooperation with Latin American Countries with its General Director Tatyana Mashkova.
During that meeting, Castilla and Mashkova assessed the possibilities of holding a joint work between “Science and Technology Park”, in the Cuban province of Matanzas, with Russian companies.
From that moment, a new meeting was agreed to be held at the Havana International Fair, next November.
