During the special plenary session of the PCC Provincial Committee, its First Secretary Walter Simon stated that the meeting coincided with the 59th anniversary of the founding of the first Central Committee of the PCC.
Simon reported on the work done, considering the weaknesses presented in different sectors, including the new economic stockholders, the presidency posted on X.
In assessing the province’s results in applying Party policies and the economic and social indicators, the official underscored that they are in better conditions, although far from the demands from the organization and the people in Las Tunas.
Accompanied by Humberto Camilo Hernandez, head of the PCC’s cadre policy department, Diaz-Canel addressed productive economic issues to solve problems detected during the party’s visits to the province’s several municipalities this year.
