The entity detailed that more than 100 houses were partially or totally destroyed and more than 650 acres of farmland suffered significant damage.

The most affected provinces are Ghazni, Laghman, Nangarhar, Farah, Paktia, Badghis, Herat and Daikundi.

The National Disaster Management Authority announced that its teams are actively working to provide initial relief to victims and set up temporary shelters for families who lost their homes in this natural disaster.
