José Jean Baptiste, Director General of Conatel explained that the aspiration is to apply the Electronic Signature Law and sensitize the actors involved to secure online transactions, the digital newspaper Haiti Libre reported.
Such a claim will bring advantages for the citizenry who will not need to move, nor waste time in transfers, with the simple act of having access to the Internet will be able to send or sign contract electronically.
The electronic signature offers greater security in the headings of contracts, since digital platforms validate the signature and information of the parties and at the same time offer greater protection to the data found in the documents to be signed.
