Civil defense volunteers known as the White Helmets, in turn, have videotaped “the consequences of the incident” and the alleged testimonies from civilians “to blame Syria and Russia for what happened”, the statement added.

The Foreign Intelligence Service pointed out that the governments of the United States and the United Kingdom are aware that they have failed in their attempt to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia in the Ukraine conflict.
