Addressing the media in the US city, accompanied by the Palestinian leader, the Pakistani head of government urged the international community to forge unity and demand an immediate ceasefire of Tel Aviv’s Zionist troops in the occupied territories and the creation of the State of Palestine, APP confirmed.
He warned that without these conditions there will be no peace in the Middle East and the situation will escalate further.
The Prime Minister explained that his meeting with Abbas was aimed at showing Pakistan’s full solidarity with the Palestinians and reiterated the condemnation of the atrocities and genocide committed by Israel in Gaza, killing children, babies, men and women.
“During the last one year, 41 thousand Palestinians perished. City after city, towns, villages, hospitals, schools and infrastructure have been razed to the ground. This kind of barbarism has not been seen not only in the recent past, but for centuries,” Sharif commented.
He assured that the sacrifice, resilience and courage of the Palestinian people will not be in waste, but will result in the establishment of the State of Palestine.
