Cuba and Russia hold inter-foreign ministry consultations (+Photo)

Havana, Aug 27 (Prensa Latina) Diplomatic representatives from Cuba and Russia on Tuesday reaffirmed their countries' commitment to the exercise of multilateralism at inter-foreign ministry consultations in Havana.

According to the Cuban Foreign Ministry, the parties also ratified their full respect for the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter and International Law.

The Cuban delegation was headed by the acting general director of Multilateral Affairs and International Law at the Foreign Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ana Silvia Rodríguez.

The Russian delegation was led by the director of the Department of International Organizations, Petr Ilyichev, and the director of the Department of International Law, Maxim Musikhin, from the Foreign Ministry of the Russian Federation.

The delegations recognized the usefulness of maintaining these exchanges and agreed to continue them in 2024.
