Lebanese Hizbulah confirms three operations against Israeli targets

Beirut, Aug 13 (Prensa Latina) The Lebanese Resistance (Hizbulah) confirmed today three operations against Israeli military targets, in reaffirmation of its presence on the frontline in support of the Gaza Strip and Palestinian fighters.

In an initial statement, Hizbulah attacked spy equipment at the Masgav Am military site with appropriate weapons and inflicted direct damage.

Before noon, Resistance men hit with rockets a gathering of enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Metat barracks.

Later, the Lebanese movement carried out an artillery shell action against the deployment of Israeli troops around the Samaqa site in the occupied Kfar Shouba hills.

Earlier in the day, the Resistance announced the death of fighter Ibrahim Jamil Al-Ashi, born in 1987 in the southern town of Bint Jbeil, whom it declared a martyr on the road to the liberation of Al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Israeli media reflected the activation of sirens in and around the settlement of Kiryat Shmona due to fears of drone infiltration.

At the same time, they acknowledged the launching of an anti-tank missile from Lebanon into the Galilee area.

Since October 8, Hizbulah carried out more than 2,500 operations against settlements, border sites, military positions, barracks and bases belonging to the Israeli army to a depth of 35 kilometers in southern Lebanon.
