Havana, Jul 17 (Prensa Latina) The third period of sessions of the National Assembly of the People's Power of Cuba will be dedicated to analyzing the progress of the Cuban Government's action plan to correct distortions and re-boost the economy.

The deputies will learn this Wednesday about the state of Cuba’s economy at the end of the first half of the year, and they will receive an update on the progress of the execution of the State budget for 2024 and the liquidation of the 2023 budget.

The Ministry of Internal Trade and the Provincial Government of Popular Power of Villa Clara will report to the legislative body during the sessions, which will last until July 20th.
