According to a Foreign Ministry statement, the country decided to freeze the movable and immovable assets and other properties within the national territory of Anduril Industries, Maritime Tactical Systems, Palantir Defense, AEVEX Aerospace, LKD Aerospace and Apex Technology.
The same measure also applies to Wahid Nawabi, president, CEO and director of AEVEX Aerospace; Kevin McDonnell, senior vice president and CFO of AEVEX Aerospace; Brian Schimpf, CEO of Anduril Industries; Matthew Grimm, COO of Anduril Industries; and Gregory Kausner, senior vice president of global defense for Anduril Industries.
The document further prohibits organizations and individuals within China from engaging in transactions, cooperation or other activities with these individuals.
The Foreign Ministry also denies them visas or entry into the country, including the Hong Kong and Macau regions.
These sanctions are in addition to those already imposed last January on five other U.S. arms companies for the same reason.
