The party identified with the extreme right is favored to dominate the lower house after the second round of legislative elections on Sunday, although it will have to be seen if the number of deputies for the control of the Bourbon Palace, set at least 289 of its 577 seats, will be enough.
The absolute majority would allow RN to have the post of Prime Minister, which would be exercised by its current president and head of list in the European elections in June, Jordan Bardella.
