“This state visit had a special meaning: it ensures that relations between Moscow and Pyongyang are brought to an unprecedented level of comprehensive strategic partnership,” says a message from the president published this Monday on the Kremlin website.
The president stressed that “new horizons for fruitful cooperation in the most diverse fields” are opening up for Russia and the DPRK.
“It will be a pleasure to continue our constructive dialogue and close joint work,” Putin added in a message of gratitude sent to DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
