In a meeting this Sunday with the “Comando Nacional de Campaña Venezuela Nuestra”, the President called to reinforce the presence in the streets of the Bolivarian Chavista patriotic and democratic forces of the country, “to fight with love for the right for the future of our children and youths”.
Maduro pointed out that what the opposition is organizing is a new stage, and requested to see with his own eyes, starting this week, “a quantitative and qualitative growth” of the mobilizations in each neighborhood, urban planning, community, parish, and municipality “so that the fascist right don’t dare,” he emphasized, and reiterated that “they are not doing an electoral campaign, what they are preparing is a big guarimba (riots), we are clear about that, truly, and we are not going to allow guarimba and violence ever again,” he reaffirmed.
Maduro stressed that whoever “goes out to commit hate crimes, goes to jail,” and assured that “defamation and insults will not be tolerated in this country, neither against civilians, nor against the army, nor anyone. Let’s say as a people “No to hate crimes no to fascism, no to violence, no, never again, a good listener only needs a few words,” he noted.
The president expressed that “we are not playing tricks, and you know it,” he said about the complaints of plans by sectors of the extreme right to generate violence once the National Electoral Council announces the results.
At the meeting, the President proposed creating “the most powerful, broad and superior political, social, cultural and electoral machinery that will be the 1x10x7 machinery”, a kind of tribute to Commander Hugo Chávez (1954-2013) upon the 70th birthday of Chavez on the coming July 28th.
