Delkhosh highlighted the messages of support from Cuba’s top authorities at a meeting with Cuban Ambassador in Colombo Andrés González.

González visited at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Sri Lanka to sign the book of condolences set up there.

The Cuban diplomat expressed to Ambassador Alireza Delkhosh his condolences for the deaths of the Iranian leaders and other passengers in the unfortunate accident.

On Monday, Iranian authorities confirmed the deaths of Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, East Azerbaijan Governor Malek Rahmati, and the Imam of the Friday Prayer of Tabriz (provincial capital), Mohammad Ali Ale -Hashem, in a helicopter crash.
