The program includes meetings at the Angolan Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Higher Education with Vice Dean for Research and Postgraduate Studies Leonel Caraballo and International Relations’ Director Eumelio Caballero, .
They will also tour the facilities of the Higher Metropolitan Polytechnic Institute of Angola (IMETRO) and the Dr. António Agostinho Neto Memorial.
The most important agenda will be the day’s work at the Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy on Tuesday, where, in addition to meeting with the institution’s directors, they will participate in a roundtable discussion.
The visitors will bring the participants closer to the functioning of the ISRI in the lecture “ISRI as an institution” by science doctorate Leonel Caraballo.
The Cuban delegation, which also includes Cuban Ambassador to Angola, Oscar León, and the third secretary of diplomatic representation, Maribys Pérez, expects to meet with representatives of the Venâncio de Moura Diplomatic Academy, which should lead to cooperation and joint work.
