During the meeting, both parties discussed the satisfactory development of inter-parliamentary relations and the possibilities of advancing in the fulfillment of an agreement recently signed between the secretariats of the two legislative organizations.

The Cuban Foreign Ministry informed that Kövér acknowledged Hungary’s willingness to consolidate ties with Cuba and praised the presence of this representation, while Acosta expressed gratitude for the agreements signed for their mutual benefit.
