In this regard, the Royal Caribbean company had previously canceled stopovers in Labadie until the end of May, and now announced that this measure will be extended through September 2024.

“As a result of current situation in Haiti, we will now be visiting Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos, instead of Labadie Haiti,” a company statement said.

Customers who have booked shore outings for their visit to Labadie will be automatically refunded to their onboard account.

Cancellations affect the Adventure of the Sea, Independence of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, Freedom of the Seas and Symphony of the Seas cruise ships, which were scheduled to visit Labadie this summer.
