To justify their actions, representatives of the military bloc are deliberately stirring up hysteria about an imaginary Russian threat, including actively spreading insinuations about some Russian plans to attack the organization’s member countries, the spokeswoman continued.

According to Zakharova, the upcoming military exercises on Finnish territory are part of a hybrid war against Moscow and increase the risk of possible military incidents.

In this context, she stressed, Russia is closely following the aggressive actions of the West.

Finland informed that the exercises with the NATO forces participation will be held on its territory from late April to early June.
