The latest report of the entity indicated that on Friday the highest temperature of the season was reported at the weather station of Jucuarán, in the department of La Libertad, a maximum of 43 degrees Celsius.
The second heat wave reported on April 10 recorded this Friday temperatures above 40 degrees in at least five stations, the report said.
In the table of maximum temperatures, San Miguel occupies the second place by reporting 41 degrees followed by La Union, with 40,8 degrees, the Cuscatlán Bridge, between San Vicente and Usulután, 40,5 degrees, and in La Libertad the maximum was 40,1 degrees Celsius.
On April 10, MARN reported a second heat wave, however, the following day a new flow of northerly winds came in, which cooled temperatures at dawn and in the mornings, but not in the daytime, something that was also favored by some rainfall in several areas of the country.
