“Checking Cuba’s pulse from every part of the island is learning, encouragement and perspective,” the president wrote on his X account.

The head of State said that on Friday, he will continue his tours of Jesús Menéndez and San Germán municipalities, in eastern Cuba.

On Thursday, the president visited centers of economic and social interest in Contramaestre (Santiago de Cuba) and Jiguaní (Granma). He was accompanied by the secretary of Organization of the Communist Party of Cuba, Roberto Morales.

Since the beginning of the year, Diaz-Canel has paid several visits to the country’s municipalities to check work priorities and outreach territories with difficulties and contribute to their solution.
