According to sources cited by national media, generals Mohammad Reza Zahedi and Mohammad Hadi Haj Rahimi, and officers Hussein Aman Allahi, Seyyed Mehdi Jalalati, Mohsen Sadaqat, Ali Agha Babaei and Seyed Ali Salehi Rozbehani, were killed in the attack.
Sources revealed that General Reza Zahedi was the supreme commander of the Quds Force in Syria and Lebanon.
