According to the program, to which Prensa Latina had access, this Friday the municipalities of Sancti Spiritus, La Sierpe, Cabaiguán, and Fomento will be visited.
Marta Hernández, the coordinator of the Permanent Working Commissions (CPT) of the National People’s Power Assembly (ANPP), called previously at the headquarters of the governing body of the municipality of Yaguajay, to direct the analysis towards the aspects where it is necessary to look for solutions.
Here, the parliamentary delegation listened to the general characterization of the locality, whose main activity is agriculture, the programs with international collaboration, and the presence of photovoltaic parks, while working on files related to agrotourism projects.
The main economic results for 2023 and projections for 2024 were also presented.
Belkis Sánchez, vice-president of the CPT for Health, Sports, and Community Affairs, visited the Maternity Home with workers and pregnant women and was interested in learning about the living conditions of the soon-to-be mothers and the medical assistance provided at their respective clinics.
