Cuba celebrates anniversary of tobacco technician’s workshop

Havana, Feb 27 (Prensa Latina) The 20th anniversary of the tobacco experts' workshop named Balcón del Habano was a combination of tasting and rejoicing, according to reports from the organizers of that initiative.

Precisely, such meeting took place during the celebration in the capital of the 24th Habano Festival (February 26 to March 1), which is attended by 2,900 people from 108 countries.

Spokesmen for the Balcón said on Tuesday that Havana Club International S.A. (HCL S.A.) celebrated this anniversary with the combination and tasting of some of the best beverages that make up its portfolio of brands and different cigars specially made for the occasion.

It was the 20th anniversary of the well-known Cuban workshop of cigar and drink experts known as Balcón del Habano Bayamanaco (aboriginal voice).

The meeting, held at the Cigar Club All Mar in this city, brought together dozens of Cuban and foreign smokers who enjoyed a thematic show guided by exclusive drinks. The event also featured excellent gastronomy and commemorative cigars made especially for the occasion by prestigious Cuban cigar rollers.
