The event, scheduled for the Talatona Convention Hotel, has a program that includes round tables and other spaces for debate on topics such as the importance of the Internet in modern society, and the promotion of a responsible and inclusive use.
Other issues under discussion include access to digital education, digital ethics and social responsibility, as well as regulation and cooperation in Internet governance.
The meeting, in which the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication, Mário Oliveira, is expected to participate, aims to reflect on this issue, in order to ensure that the Internet remains a tool for the promotion of economic development, freedom of expression and global collaboration.
This first forum will also promote the creation of an award for the best Angolan company that develops its business in the Internet universe.
