ETG Marketing and Sales Vice President Luis Jimenez told Prensa Latina that this tourist operation will start from the Spanish capital on June 29 until September 7, and will be on a Plus Ultra aircraft, an A330-200 plane with 288 seats, including 24 seats in Business Class.
He added that for the first time, agreements have been reached with the most important high-speed train companies in Spain to achieve the best connection from different Spanish provinces to Madrid, and from there to link up with flights to Havana.
In this regard, the main international hotel chains and travel agencies are satisfied with this arrangement, he stressed.
Jimenez explained that the recently concluded International Tourism Fair in Madrid (January 24-28) was a success for the company, and for the agreements of major tour operators and retail agencies.
It turned out to be the moment to close the above-mentioned operation to Havana, with a view to the summer of 2024, and based on the success of previous trips of this kind from Barcelona to the Cuban capital.
