Founded in Galicia in 1889, Ruavieja is a brand of spirits and liqueurs with a long history of producing quality products that, according to HCI’s general manager, Christian Barré, are a pleasure to add to the portfolio in Cuba.
Given the high emotional content of Ruavieja, HCI chose the product for the day of love -February 14-, whose slogan “We have to see each other more” is a declaration of loyalty and commitment to the people we love.
One of the bridges between Spanish and Cuban culture, its familiar flavor evokes the joy and closeness that defines us.
During the presentation of the creams, Prensa Latina spoke with HCI’s Marketing and Communications Director for the Cuban market, Yuniel Delgado, who said that Ruavieja belongs to Pernord Ricard’s portfolio (foreign partner) and joins the products marketed by Havana Club in Cuba.
The drink has been present on Cuba for more than 5 years, although with only the typical milk cream with special touches due to the alcoholic base of orujo, a liquor produced from the fermentation and distillation of grape skins.
