Lebanese resistance strikes Israeli base using Burkan missiles

RESISTENCIA-LIBANO-1
Beirut, Jan 29 (Prensa Latina) The Lebanese Resistance (Hizbullah) launched Burkan missiles at Israel’s Branit military base on the border, continuing the response in support of the people of Gaza and the Palestinian fighters.

The movement issued a statement confirming the direct impact of the projectiles on the said facility, which caused injuries among Israeli soldiers.

The Branit base is considered the command center of the 91st Galilee Brigade, responsible for actions along the entire Lebanese border. It houses two battalions, the 300th and the 769th.

According to Israeli media outlets, two soldiers were injured as a result of attacks by the Lebanese Resistance against the site in the Western Galilee region.

Israel’s newspaper Hayom confirmed that the occupation is experiencing a “tense morning in the north”, as Hizbullah launched missiles against the Branit, Sasa and Mitat bases.

Furthermore, reports from Tel Aviv indicated that missiles hit the Upper Galilee without triggering an early warning.

The president of the Margolet settlement, Eitan Davidi, stated that what Hizbullah launched against the bases and settlements are not simple missiles or anti-tank projectiles, but ballistic missiles loaded with a large amount of explosive materials, the effects of which are felt throughout the region.
