Both parties held talks on the sidelines of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) Ministerial Meeting and also availed themselves of this opportunity to discuss issues of common interest, said the Angolan Foreign Ministry.
On the Nicaragua side, the working meeting was attended by the Minister and Delegate of the President of the Republic for Africa, the Middle East and Arab Countries, Mohamed Farrara, as well as the Permanent Representative to UN, Jaime Hermida.
On the Angola side, the meeting was attended by the Director of Institutional Communication and Press at the Angolan Foreign Ministry, António Nascimento, and Advisor to the Foreign Minister, Márcio Burity.
