That plant, which stopped operations in 2020 due to the aging of its systems, is today one of the most modern in the country, with the responsibility of manufacturing all the dental anesthetics used by the health system, and around 30 other products, between liquids and lyophilized.

Since last April, 1.4 million units have been manufactured there, and it has the capacity to reach 3.7 million, the general director of Laboratorios Aica, Antonio Vallín, explained to the president,

There the head of state highlighted the innovative work of the company and the high training of its workers, while highlighting in a special way the opportunities it gives to young people.
