“Of those seven plants that make up the entire Complex, these six plants will be starting off operating by August, and six plants of the Mutun Steel Complex will be operating by Sept. 2024,” Alvarado told the press.
After investing on US$ 546 million, such a project covers an area of 42 hectares in the Santa Cruz Department, where the Concentration, Pelletization, Direct Reduction (DRI), Steelmaking, Rolling, Power Plant and Auxiliary plants will be located.
