In a statement published on Friday, the Association of Foreign Press in Peru (APEP) pointed out that the vehicles transporting the foreign correspondents had clear press identifications, which rules out the possibility of confusion.
It condemned “the death of at least 49 journalists in Gaza conflict” since October 7, when the military operation of the Hamas organization and Israel’s indiscriminate response against the Palestinian population took place.
