The launching will be held at 7:00 p.m., local time, at the School of Social Sciences of Buenos Aires University and will be attended by the author; the Secretary of Culture, Human Rights and Academic Debates of the Cuban embassy Magda Arias; the coordinator of the Network of Intellectuals, Artists and Social Movements Paula Klachko; and philosopher Nestor Kohan.
The book is considered a political biography of Haydee Santamaria (1922-1980) and highlights her work.
The debate will focus on her work as head of this institution, which for several decades has published one of the most prestigious magazines in the continent and around the globe.
