The president referred to the case extensively at his morning press conference at the National Palace, when a very extensive report on the subject was presented on Wednesday by the investigative commission headed by Undersecretary of the Interior Alejandro Encinas.

When talking about the network of complicity, he mentioned the Organization of American States (OAS), but he did not elaborated about it.
