Sánchez also mentioned the participation of Neuroscience specialists and from the Genetic Engineering Center in the province of Sancti Spíritus, who presented equipment, medications and methodologies.
The ambassador added that work meetings were also held with representatives from the poultry and pork production sector during the fair.
Sánchez also pointed out as a very promising exchange, that which Vice Minister Rodríguez will hold this Thursday with producers in the fish farming sector in the Yapacaní region.
He recalled that during this week the Cuban representation had working meetings with the president of the Eastern Agricultural Chamber and with the Federation of Private Businessmen of Santa Cruz, who expressed their commitment to promote the presence in the FIHAV-2023 fair.
Sánchez highlighted the progress in the exchange of experiences on the use of vegetable and grain seeds from Bolivia, with which Cuba will conduct tests.
He also reported that Cuba is committed to provide collaboration based on its scientific-technical experience in the biotechnology sphere, an issue of interest for Bolivia in the improvement of seeds.
