Offensively, he claimed that he would not transgress, because, in his opinion, she “is very ugly”.

After these statements, the former military officer was prosecuted by the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office and Do Rosário.

In June, Minister Antonio Dias Toffoli, of the STF, decided that the file should be examined by the Court of Justice of the DF, since Bolsonaro has no more forum.

Bolsonaro went on to answer the charges in the Supreme Federal Court (STF), but the process was suspended after he assumed the presidency of the country, in 2019.

With the end of the mandate and privileged jurisdiction, the case continued to the first instance of Justice.

The decision that resumed the process against Bolsonaro was signed on August 24 and published the day before.
