Raúl Castro accompanied Li Xi, who is also Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC, to the José Martí International Airport in this capital on Monday, which ended his stay in Havana, where he participated in the G77+China Summit, held on the 15th and 16th of the current month of September.
As part of his official program in Cuba, the Chinese leader visited the Fidel Castro Ruz Center on Monday morning, also accompanied by his host, the Army General, who pointed out elements of the history of the legendary guerrilla fighter, to whom he expressed his loyalty and admiration as a human being, military chief, and brother.
The Chinese visitor and his accompanying delegation reportedly received a detailed explanation of the nine exhibition halls of the Center, opened on November 25, 2021, which houses the imperishable work of the Commander-in-Chief.
Under the guidance of Rene Gonzalez, director of the institution, and Alberto Albariño, director of the Documentary Heritage at the Palace of the Revolution, the Chinese leader appreciated the personality of Fidel Castro, an international figure loved and respected by the CPC, the government and the people of that country.
During his stay in Cuba, Li Xi also visited areas of an agricultural cooperative in western Artemisa province, where he learned first-hand about the experience of a closed-loop production model in several crops.
