Port-au-Prince, Sep 14 (Prensa Latina) The Haitian government is presently stepping up efforts on implementing measures to enable students and teachers displaced by the violence to return to schools. According to the Education Minister Nesmy Manigat, his ministry will provide the necessary conditions in all schools as soon as possible and has already identified a new building in the South department that will house a high school for those who had to flee their homes.
