In a message on his account on X, formerly Twitter, the Cuban head of State confirmed that during the meeting, the excellent state of bilateral relations, strengthened by Presdent Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi’s recent visit to Cuba, was confirmed.
“We ratify the will and potential to continue to promote our ties,” Díaz-Canel pointed out.
The Cuban leader described the visit by the Iranian Vice President, who heads his country’s delegation to the G77+China Summit, scheduled for September 15-16 at Havana’s International Conference Center, as an expression of the political, economic, commercial and international relations between the two countries.
